Named from our Pledge of Allegiance, this powerful program is designed to increase our personal appreciation of the founding of our country for religious freedom. |

Involves
distribution of small American
Flags to students in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades at a pre-selected
elementary school. The students from each grade read their winning essay
"What the American Flag means to me". These students are then included at the One Nation Under God program. |
Crime Prevention![]() |
A program to heighten public awareness of the many ways average citizens can help prevent illegal activity. Since its inception, Exhcange's Crime Prevention Program has been endorsed by every President of the United States. |

A presentation of educational talks and distribution of information to help recognize and eliminate fire hazards in the community. |
Youth of the Month![]() |
Recognizes industrious high school students who attain high levels of scholastic achievement, leadership and involvement. |

Greet and welcome new members and guests to meetings, social events, and activities. Coordinate entertainment. |
Paper Sale![]() |
We participate annually in a Paper Sale as another fundraiser for our many charity projects. |

Durham Bulls |
Working a concession stand at the home games of the Durham Bulls also helps with our fundraising activities. |
Child Abuse![]() |
Members of the Exchange Clubs in Durham and surrounding counties recognized the need for a program focused on preventing child abuse and neglect. In 1992 they incorporated the non-profit Exchange Clubs’ Child Abuse Prevention Center to meet the needs of families facing multiple stresses. |
Speaker Program![]() |
Responsible for arranging the program for each of our meetings where we have the opportunity to invite informative and exciting speakers from the community and around the world. |
Financial Review![]() |
Monthly and annual audits are sometimes necessary to coordinate our activities with the various projects we continually have ongoing. |
